The Opportunity
As a Production Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining production efficiency by monitoring workflows, resolving operational disruptions, and providing critical support to our production, engineering, and supply chain teams. Reporting directly to the Interim Production Support Manager, you will also engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics providers, to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the liaison between production leaders, engineering, supply chain, and support teams to communicate critical updates.
- Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks and potential issues.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of production-related problems.
- Maintain detailed records of production incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution steps.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and quality assurance teams to optimize production support processes.
- Generate and maintain production support metrics and reports, including downtime tracking and resolution trends.
- Conduct training sessions on production support best practices as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in production support, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with production support tools, including Trello and Acumatica.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and attention to detail.
