To be considered, you MUST have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS)
• At least 3 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Teacher Registration (VIT) for Victoria State.
• Happy to work full time with rotating shifts.
• Be an Australian citizen, Perm Resident or NZ citizen.

Your Role: As an Early Childhood Teacher – Room Leader , you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of educators, ensuring exceptional care and educational outcomes for each child.
• Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care their children receive.
• Support educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices and implementing the Guardian Curriculum.
• Be a champion of our Centre’s values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
• Implement educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration between families, children, and educators.
• Maintain children’s learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
• Contribute to leadership councils, enhancing your leadership skills and shaping the direction of the Centre.
