We’re looking for Early Childhood Teachers – Room Leaders who are ready to excel, contribute, and grow within a supportive, forward-thinking community. Here at Guardian, we empower our educators to lead, innovate, and develop learning programs that create lasting impacts in children’s lives.
To be considered, you MUST have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS)
- At least 3 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
- Teacher Registration (VIT) for Victoria State.
- Happy to work full time with rotating shifts.
- Be an Australian citizen, Perm Resident or NZ citizen.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, ensuring exceptional care and educational outcomes for each child.
- Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care their children receive.
- Support educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices and implementing the Guardian Curriculum.
- Be a champion of our Centre’s values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
- Implement educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration between families, children, and educators.
- Maintain children’s learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
- Contribute to leadership councils, enhancing your leadership skills and shaping the direction of the Centre.
