The Role
Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for managing and resolving application issues to external customers. This will incorporate providing software and system support, deploying application updates and working closely with other teams to resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot application problems, identifying the issue and guiding users through corrective steps.
- Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee application updates, system backups, and maintenance.
- Liaise with the software development team to fix any technical issues.
- Document processes and produce reports as required.
- Train users on the proper use of software applications.

Your Profile
You will be a customer-focussed individual with experience as an Application Support or Product Support Analyst with solid knowledge of operating systems and databases.
Ideally you will have experience working in a SaaS environment, along with the following technical skills:
- Complex troubleshooting
- Debugging
- Writing SQL queries
- Basic programming.
You will have worked in an ITIL or structured environment.
