⏰ Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Are you a compassionate individual and ready to bring skills into a school environment and make a lasting impact on young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated Education Support Officer who’s passionate about supporting students in a specialised school setting.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with primary school-aged students, offering both academic and emotional support alongside our teachers. It’s a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable students while gaining valuable qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning lessons and daily classroom activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group academic help to students
- Assist students who need extra emotional & physical support
- Help manage student behavior in line with school policies

What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, Engaging, Patience, empathy, and compassion for students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and ability to take initiative
- No previous qualifications in Education Support
- WWCC and Australian citizenship/permanent residency
