Job Type: Full time
Starting Time: ASAP
Schedule: 40 hrs per week
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 plus Super
Your key duties
- Scheduling of works on Domestic projects
- Organising trades such as tillers & stone masons etc.
- Preparing work programmes.
- Ability to run projects from start to finish.
- Attending any issues that may arise during construction.
- Liaising with clients, contractors / suppliers.
- Review and interpret scope of work documents
- Dealing with builders and trades
- Checking timesheet
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the Stone / tiling industry.
- Experience on Domestic projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage projects.
- Experience in programming of works.
- Ability to maintain relationships and excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using Autocad, 2DCutting, bluebeam & Jobpac (preferred)
