The WMS Analyst role is suited to a self starter, that is passionate, that prides themselves in working collaboratively and that upholds an innovative mindset. We require an individual that can confidently work closely with stakeholders to analyse and evaluate business needs, define requirements and create/update business processes to improve efficiencies.
What will you do (but not limited to)?
- Assist with managing and delivering project enhancement requests to increase SCALE WMS effectiveness
- Provide National SCALE WMS support; ensuring agreed service levels are met.
- Deliver new SCALE WMS changes, interfaces or projects as directed by Management.
- Work closely with the business to analyse and evaluate business needs, define requirements and create/update business processes.
- Maintain Quality Assurance by following a structured approach to system testing, unit testing and UAT testing.
- Assist with controlling the deployment of new software, software upgrades and software updates to SCALE WMS production environments to minimise software defects, errors and re-work.
- Provide training, coaching and SCALE WMS user guides to ensure all staff, customers and partners are using the SCALE WMS effectively and efficiently.
- Manage information to ensure data integrity between the SCALE WMS and other core systems and ensure data collection meets business requirements.
- Identify, develop, and implement new SSRS reports
- Provide technical maintenance, and changes to existing SSRS reports
- Manage SSRS security permissions to ensure that access to reports is managed on a “least privilege” principle
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 2 to 3 years experience in a WMS analyst role
- Manhattan SCALE (Desired)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or above
- Experience working in eCommerce or 3PL (Desired)
- Experience in BI report and dashboard development (Desired)
- XML/XSLT (Desired)
