PC Ability is a dynamic National NDIS Allied Health Provider and we deliver industry leading and refreshing Therapeutic Support. We put people before process to help participants maximise their independence to be the best version of themselves and lead a meaningful life, every day.This is a unique role where you will get the opportunity to build the Victorian business from scratch. This role will give you the opportunity to move into a team leader role down the tracks and to manage a team throughout Victoria.
Reporting directly to the State Manager, National Manager and Director, you will be responsible for the growth of service, recruitment and operational leadership of a growing allied health team in Melbourne and across the state.
Using your NDIS experience, you will help to establish systems and capability and implement our business plan. You will play a key role in achieving performance targets and establishing relationships within the community.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Ensure therapy services are delivered with a strengths-based approach.
- Provide consultation regarding clinical matters to management.
- Management of operational KPIs for your team.
- Deliver therapy services within budget and in a manner that does not compromise the needs of people we support.
- Manage a reduced caseload in your area of interest.
- Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA membership).
- Understanding of and proven NDIS leadership experience including NDIS practice standards.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering person-centred NDIS services.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent understanding of NDIS service requirements.
- Strong community and industry networks.
- Willingness to undertake a reduced case load of therapeutic supports a during the initial stage of growth.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current drivers licence.
