Position Summary:
- Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Assist with setting up and delivery of food, in both buffet and a la carte service
- Provide a dedicated personalised club concierge service
- Prepare for arrival and departure guests, check in and check out service, liaising with other departments during guest journey to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide food and beverage service throughout the club lounge’s 5 daily meal periods
- Support Club in general operational tasks
- Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
- Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Food and beverage and front office service experience preferred
- Hold an approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate
