About the Role:

As the General Manager – Safety, Risk & Compliance , you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational execution of safety, risk management, and compliance across the organisation. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that the company meets regulatory obligations while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide safety, risk, and compliance strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all telecommunication infrastructure operations.
• Lead risk assessment initiatives to mitigate operational and strategic risks.
• Drive a strong safety culture and champion best practices in workplace health and safety.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior safety, risk, or compliance role within infrastructure, telecommunications, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks and risk management standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety and compliance functions at a strategic level.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
