As they continue to grow, our client is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join their team. Position Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Shell Long Jetty service station, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage the store's inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that fuel and convenience products are always available to meet customer demand.
• Implement stock control practices to ensure the store is well-organized and products are consistently available to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fuel and other products.
• Lead, motivate, and train a passionate team, ensuring they provide excellent service and work well together in a collaborative environment.
• Manage the store's budget and financial resources effectively, driving growth and profitability while supporting the long-term goals of the service station.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to senior management to improve operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in executing promotional activities and loyalty programs to engage customers and boost brand loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain Shell’s quality standards in all operations.

Work Experience and Skills:

• Relevant qualification & 3 years of experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability.
• Strategic and innovative mindset with clear communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership qualities, able to engage and motivate teams.

Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
