About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented P&C Administrator to join our client who literally shapes the environment we live and work in. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the evolution of the P&C function by taking ownership of key administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to support P&C functions in an industry that shapes the built environment. Your ability to demonstrate how you have carried and executed multiple administrative tasks and to communicate and build relationships with your stakeholders effectively are highly advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and maintaining job files to ensure efficient record-keeping and compliance.
- Acting as a key point of contact, liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Visa application coordination and liaising with external agents.
- Screening job applications (this isn't an end to end recruitment role).
- Temporarily handling general office administration and reception duties to support daily operations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing HR processes and helping to implement meaningful change.
- Proactively supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field.
- Experience in administration, preferably within an HR setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive mindset, eager to take initiative and improve existing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
