About your new role
Our client is making significant investments in enhancing their technology infrastructure and is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategic direction and development of their Salesforce solutions. This pivotal role will involve driving innovation and ensuring effective implementation of Salesforce across their operations.
Duties
- Define a clear vision and staretgy for the Salesforce platform which alligns with the organisations objectives
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities within the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customisation, and deployment of new features
- Partner with stakeholders and translate requiements into functional specification
- Manage and priotise product backlog using agile methodologies
- Maintain relationships with salesforce partners
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Product Owner/Lead/Manager
- Strong salesforce knowledge and certifications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
