Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy?

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Payroll Officers who will be looking for their next role.

• Processing end-to-end payroll for a large and diverse workforce.

• Ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees, including the calculation of wages, bonuses, and deductions.

• Maintaining up-to-date records of employee leave, entitlements, and other payroll-related data.

• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving any issues.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.

• Preparing and submitting payroll reports, including tax, superannuation, and other statutory deductions.

• Assisting with year-end payroll tasks, including preparing payment summaries and tax file reports.

• Proven experience in payroll processing and a solid understanding of payroll systems.

• Knowledge of relevant Australian employment laws and payroll regulations.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (experience with systems such as Micropay, Chris21, ADP or similar is a plus).

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work under deadlines.
