ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Permit Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing various aspects of development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, and supporting planning teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
DUTIES.
- Issuing Permits
- Liaising with Contractors
- Site Inspections
- Pre Approval of Development Applications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or relevant qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
