This nationally recognised Quantity Surveying firm is renowned for their professional and quality services across a wide variety of projects including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and more. As a result of their growing opportunities, they are looking for an Associate Director to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and eventually step into the role of a Managing Director.
ABOUT THE POSITON.
This is an opportunity for an Associate Director who is looking to join and manage a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.
DUTIES.
- Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
- Manage projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Responsible for managing the client and other consultants, at all project stage.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
- Currently holding a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS).
