What You'll Do:
- Manage & grow both Early Childhood Casual/Temp & perm recruitment desks.
- Develop strong relationships with childcare centres and educators.
- Fill vacancies quickly while ensuring high-quality placements.
- Proactively source & attract talent through various recruitment strategies.
- Drive business growth by securing new clients and maintaining exceptional service.
- Mentor & support junior recruiters as needed.
- Create & Develop a unique team culture.
- Experience in Temp and/or Perm Education Recruitment .
- A go-getter mindset with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to manage a high-volume temp desk with efficiency & accuracy.
- Strong business development skills – love winning new clients? Perfect!
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for connecting educators with opportunities that change lives .
