The Opportunity
The company are seeking a bright bubbly practice Co-Ordinator to join their team. In this role you will be working alongside the Practice Manger assisting in the day-to-day business operations. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Assist with bookkeeping and administration support
- Assist with HR activities including recruitment, events, payroll & reporting
- Assist with maintaining practice policies and procedures
- Executive Assistant duties
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- At least one year of public practice experience
- Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Full rights to work in Australia
- Experience with Microsoft office skills
- Experience with Xero, Now Infinity, ATO mate
- Amazing career progression
