The Role:
Are you a strategic problem solver with a keen eye for detail and accountability? We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in enterprise systems architecture, strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to evaluate new technologies while ensuring high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation – Develop and deploy technology solutions tailored to business needs, including technical documentation, proposals, and statements of work.
• Technology Evaluation – Research, assess, and benchmark new technologies to support infrastructure requirements.
• Technical Leadership – Provide expert guidance, oversee solution delivery, and ensure successful implementation.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive advancements in technology solutions.
• Client Needs Assessment – Conduct in-depth evaluations to ensure solutions address business challenges effectively.
• Technology Research & Planning – Strategize and plan innovative technology deployments.
• Sales Collaboration – Assist the sales team by developing IT proposals and roadmaps for clients.
• Client Engagement – Present solutions, showcase technical expertise and build strong client relationships.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer in the IT industry ( MSP experience ).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting technology solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in:

• Server & Storage Infrastructure
• Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
• Networking (Switching – HPE Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, Ruckus)
• Security & SD-WAN (Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Wireless Technologies (HPE Aruba, Ruckus, Mist, Meraki)
• Microsoft Stack, 365, and Azure
• Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Software Licensing & Renewals
• Public Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE, Cisco, ITIL). Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills . Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting stakeholder relationships. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy . Understanding of Managed Services (MSP) concepts. Benefits:
