The Role

• Lead project delivery from tender handover to completion, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and compliance goals.
• Collaborate with safety, quality, and environment teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop risk management strategies, management plans, and maintain strong controls in documentation, approvals, and procurement.
• Oversee head contract administration, progress claims, and construction methodologies.
• Monitor performance, implement KPIs, control costs, and maintain productivity.
• Build and maintain a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in urban development, subdivision projects, and working client-side.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (civil preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in leadership and project management roles within the civil infrastructure sector.
