Our client provides holistic speech pathology services for children and young people, focusing on speech, language, communication, and social skills development.
Their family-centred approach integrates therapy with everyday activities to support lasting progress across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
They are currently seeking an Early Career Speech Pathologist to join thier team near Robina - Full time and Part time roles available!

• Salaries starting from $85,000 - $105,000 + Super based upon skills and experience + Bonus Structure
• Paediatric Caseload based in clinic and community settings
• $2000 CPD Allowance + 2 Days PD Leave + 4 Days Wellbeing Leave

✅Your Role:

• Deliver individualised and group therapy services to children 0 to 18 years to develop communication and swallowing skills.
• Conduct assessments (articulation and phonology, literacy, language, pragmatics, dysphagia), analyse results and reports on funding for children and young people.
• Participate in clinical case discussions to ensure holistic care is provided to clients.

✅Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers license and own vehicle
