About the Position:

Join our client’s dynamic Brisbane CBD office, with opportunities to work across other thriving locations. As a Family Law Solicitor, you’ll handle a wide variety of complex family law cases, including parenting, property settlements, domestic violence, and financial disputes. Expect regular court appearances in both State and Federal jurisdictions, giving you the chance to sharpen your advocacy skills.
This role offers exposure to diverse, challenging cases while working alongside a supportive team. You’ll also benefit from close mentoring by senior lawyers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your career goals.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of post-admission experience in family law
• Current Queensland Practicing Certificate (mandatory)
• Confidence and experience in court advocacy
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple files independently
• A valid driver’s licence
