The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in eCommerce, SEO, and Google Ads to join this thriving team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and ROI for their portfolio of premium brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, with a focus on eCommerce, SEO, and paid media (Google Ads).
- Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and analyze Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with brand goals and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in eCommerce, SEO, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
