The Role
The Program Delivery Coordinator works within the State Management Team and collaborates with operations to ensure successful program implementation, emphasizing quality engagement with stakeholders. Focused on leading communications and promoting services through information sessions and project delivery strategies.
The Program Delivery Coordinator will manage the program engagement budget, sources partnerships for financial support, and helps staff incorporate engagement and program development into their work.
This is a full-time role, and location can be discussed further at interview stage.
You will:
- Undertake operational level project management activities including planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on progress and highlighting project risks
- Implement quality assurance initiatives and best practice strategies, undertaking regular internal reviews and assessments, monitoring program outcomes, and reporting
- Provide cross-organisational support to technical teams and management; strengthen operational delivery and performance; assist with business continuity management
- Liaise with government departments, support agencies and internal stakeholders across Queensland
- Contribute to program development and to knowledge management across delivery teams, drawing upon lessons from programs and projects
- Improve the understanding of quality systems and best practice methods, support a continuous improvement culture; improve customer and property data, compliance standards and program practice
- Support staff induction, onboarding and training plans in housing services delivery; provide support during periods of leave
The qualities we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic development and implementation of community development and engagement programs
- Experience of program design, development and co-ordination; knowledge of the social enterprise sector
- Track record of establishing and developing strategic partnerships with external organisations
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing and a sense of belonging
- Current Driver’s Licence, Police Check and Working With Children Check
