Role Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership teams in creating a positive workplace. Your role will be pivotal in attracting top talent, managing performance, and enhancing HR systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function by guiding and developing the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent aligned with company values
- Drive employee engagement through initiatives that support a positive and motivated workforce
- Manage performance and career development by implementing structured review processes and training programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and industry best practices
- Resolve employee relations issues through conflict resolution strategies and management support
- Develop and enhance HR systems to streamline processes and improve workforce management
- Support change management by assisting leadership in structural and procedural transitions
- Experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing HR functions at a senior level
- Knowledgeable in employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance and risk management
- Strong communicator and problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex employee relations
- Proactive and strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals

- Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field
