You’ll oversee care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a positive, collaborative environment within the facility. Your leadership will not only maintain high standards of care but also foster a nurturing, supportive space where residents can thrive, all while enjoying the stunning surroundings of Tasmania’s North.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
- Implementing and maintaining a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and upholding Aged Care Quality Standards
- Providing professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, developing care plans, monitoring care quality, and fostering effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders
Key Candidate Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role
