Your duties include:
- Undertake general grounds and garden maintenance duties to ensure a visually pleasing and inviting space is maintained at all times, including
- Reporting and working with the onsite Property Manager,
- Executing regular maintenance programs
- Repair and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Efficiently manage resources, including plant and small tools
- Uphold Quality, safety and environmental standards in all activities
- Mowing and edging, weeding and chemical application
- Mulching and planting
- Pruning
- Other gardening and turf-related tasks associated with ground maintenance
- Preparation of garden and some aspects of the home for Airbnb Guests Check-in
- With a hands-on and flexible approach, you will juggle numerous tasks and competing priorities whilst also enthusiastically engaging with others
- You will ensure the safe operation and transportation of vehicles, plant and other equipment at all times
What we need from you:
- Industry experience
- A current and unrestricted driver's licence
- A chainsaw operation ticket is ideal
- First Aid Certificate - desirable
All shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a pre-employment medical, which will include audiometric testing and drug/alcohol screening.
