About the Position:

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, allowing you to work on complex cases across:

• Employment and Industrial Relations : Representing businesses and employees in workplace disputes.
• Insolvency : Guiding liquidators, administrators, and creditors through challenging financial matters.
• Construction Disputes : Navigating legal issues in infrastructure and development projects.
• Defamation and Media Law : Protecting reputations and providing strategic counsel.
• Estate and Property Disputes : Handling claims, conflicts, and asset division.
• Consumer Law and Contract Disputes : Advising on obligations and rights under contracts.

Your responsibilities will include representing clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside seasoned practitioners while honing your advocacy and negotiation skills.
Key Requirements:

• Admission as a Solicitor in Western Australia.
• Proven experience in litigation or dispute resolution (3+ years PAE preferred).
• Strong technical skills with a focus on commercial disputes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
