We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Western Australian Injury Management and Rehabilitation team. This is a dual role where you will have responsibility of your own caseload (with a reduced billable target) whilst taking ownership of the management of our existing customers and to assist with the growth of our current and developing customer relationships.
The successful candidate will work alongside our State Manager, and in partnership and with full support from our National management team.
This is a full-time role based at our Perth office in Subiaco, balanced with flexible working options.
The role involves:
- Supporting a reduced case load of people to recover and return to work including conducting a range of assessment services in line with your professional qualification and across a variety of schemes including, Workers Comp, CTP, DVA, Life Insurance and more.
- Account management of key clients including being the point of contact for matters directly related to the account.
- Assisting clients with risk prevention strategy and developing bespoke intervention and training programs.
- Assist national workers compensation brokers with support for their WA based clients.
- Driving operational performance deliverables , including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Working with the wider national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
- Acting as lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
- Building long lasting strategic relationships with customers.
- Mandatory; Allied Health qualification – OT/EP/Physio/Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor with at least 3 years workplace rehabilitation experience
- Previous Account/Customer Relationship experience (highly desired)
- Insurer or brokerage experience (highly desired)
- Strong, current Workers Comp legislation knowledge
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement
- A commitment to maintaining and promoting the existing positive culture within our team

- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
