Description:
- Campaign Execution & Coordination - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels, ensuring smooth delivery with internal teams and agencies.
- Media & Brand Communication - Support media planning, coordinate social media calendars, and maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Retail & B2B Marketing - Develop retailer newsletters, campaign toolkits, and in-store promotional assets, while managing TVC end-tags and print collateral.
- Marketing Operations & Budgeting - Track budgets, process invoices, update website content, and support the development of print and promotional materials.
- Performance & Reporting - Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and ensure integrated marketing efforts align with brand goals.
- Project & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal and external partners, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and meet strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Ideal Experience & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand execution, or B2B retail marketing.
- Strong ability to manage multiple marketing projects and execute plans efficiently.
- Understanding of media planning, digital marketing, PR, and traditional media.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Sitecore, SAP, Marketo, or similar marketing platforms is advantageous.
- Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, media planning, or brand management are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in integrated marketing communication and B2B retail marketing is highly valued.
