A bit about the role

You will support the improvement of event management systems through targeted training and practical solutions, streamlining processes and enriching customer experiences.

Assist with system management, software enhancements and system improvements, contributing to increased process efficiency in the successful delivery of events.

What you’ll deliver

  • Provide practical training and support for event scheduling, management systems, and tools (e.g., BMS, Finance, Rostering, POS, Ticketing) to ensure internal teams meet their needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for better system utilisation, promoting engagement, increasing productivity, and improving customer service.
  • Assist in maintaining Creative Communities department systems, monitoring CRM and database integrity, and identifying ways to improve operations for better efficiency and service delivery.
  • Support logistical requirements for client, contractor, and delivery services, while monitoring debt management for systems and team processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures, monitor team performance, provide feedback for development, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects with clear task identification and risk management.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree or diploma and relevant experience, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in performing arts, events, functions, and business presentation management.
  • Strong experience with Momentus Enterprise Event Management System, gained through on-the-job training.
  • Experience in managing Point of Sale, Rostering, BMS, and Arts & Events systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Vectron, Bepoz, Tessitura, Tech1, and ENTO systems is advantageous, with training available.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Functional Assessment (Medical/physio)
