About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for driving the execution of our Early Careers talent programs (including Seasonal Clerk and Graduates) for our Sydney and Brisbane offices as well as undertake end-to-end talent acquisition processes for temporary and casual positions.
Working closely with your colleague who is responsible for the Melbourne early careers programs you will collaboratively:
- Implement a top-tier, inclusive graduate and seasonal clerk marketing and attraction strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, lead campus events, and host networking events.
- Lead diversity initiatives to engage underrepresented talent, including First Nations and Indigenous students.
- Lead and play a hands-on role in reviewing, managing and designing the end-to-end recruitment strategy for Graduate and Seasonal Clerk Programs
- Coordinate the assessment and selection process, including application reviews, psychometric testing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage program roadmaps, rotations, performance reviews, and final placements of graduates.
- Develop relationships with Supervisors to ensure program milestones are achieved.
- Provide timely reports on program status, risks, and graduate retention.
- Ensurie alignment with stakeholders on the program's objectives and strategy.
- Suitable candidates must have previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role; preferably with experience in managing graduate and/or seasonal clerk programs
- Whilst supported by the People Administrator during key recruitment campaigns this is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working with young talent to deliver the best-in class seasonal clerk and graduate programs
- Experience working in a professional services environment (preferably in the legal sector)
- Excellent communications skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Relevant tertiary qualification desired
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation, time management skills and flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Creative thinker, problem solver and ability to provide suggestions and solutions to continuously improve ways of working and collaboration
- Proven ability to lead, develop & drive projects from scope to delivery Enthusiastic, high energy, action oriented and excellent attention to detail
- A trusted partner with a successful track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High level behavioural based interviewing and assessment skills experience
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
