We are seeking an individual who has a passion for detail, managing relationships and hospitality! The Function and Events Supervisor role will commence as a casual role and essential grow into a full-time opportunity.
The Function and Events Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating events and functions, targeting Corporate food and beverage bookings, medium and large functions and working with the F&B Team to ensure they are executed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
The MVP We're Seeking
- A minimum of 2yrs Hospitality Management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- Experience in the financial aspects of a business
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by the functions and events schedule
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality, events management, or a related field is preferred but not required, desirable
- RSA certificate
