Are you a Project Manager with experience overseeing ASDEFCON projects?
We are seeking a talented individual to assist our client with an ongoing sustainment project in the aerospace domain.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects that encompass capability improvements, system upgrades, safety enhancements, and much more. You will play a key role in project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure the successful integration of systems and products.
This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience. However, if your experience falls outside this range but you believe you're a strong fit, we would still love to hear from you.
Wondering what a strong fit looks like? We're looking for experience in Project Management within Defence Sustainment contracts, along with knowledge and expertise in the Aerospace domain.
Responsibilities
- Execute project activities to completion.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage resource allocation for project staff.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or certification in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Management (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally within the Defence industry.
- Experience working with ASDEFCON contract templates.
- Prior exposure to sustainment contracts in Defence.
- Knowledge of the aerospace domain (ideal but not essential).
- Experience working in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
- NV1 Security Clearance is required.
