We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and leadership.
  • Manage correspondence , including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update records , databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in Data entry , processing inventory and stock levels into our database.
  • Work across multiple systems to order parts, organise freight and invoice customers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
