MP Recruitment Echuca is seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service. Do you have a knack for administration and an eye for accuracy? This is a Full-time position for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Processing: Manage and prepare sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Debtors and Creditors Management: Invoicing and payments, handling both debtors and creditors to maintain accurate financial records.
- Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing with a keen eye for detail
- Manage banking: Daily reconcile
- Retail Support: Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our retail shop
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with debtor and creditor management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
