Paragon Physio is expanding and we need a physio who’s ready to dominate both on the field and in the clinic. You’ll be the calm in the storm on game day and the driving force behind high-performance rehab during the week. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Game Day Coverage: You’ll be on the sideline, managing acute injuries, making return-to-play calls, and keeping athletes fighting fit.
- High-Performance Rehab: Back it up in the clinic during the week by delivering our Sports Rehab Program.
- Injury Prevention: Stop injuries before they happen. Build strength and resilience into your athletes with tailored performance programs.
- Pressure-Ready Decisions: You'll be trusted to get it right.
- Team Collaboration: Work amongst our team and with our community sporting partnerships to create a seamless rehab-to-performance transition.
- Athlete Trust: Athletes need to know you’ve got their back.

- You’ve got the clinical skills and game sense to make quick, evidence-based decisions.
- You can handle the chaos of game day.
- You’re an expert communicator, athletes and coaches listen to you because they trust you.
- You’re a team player who is also committed to becoming the best in your field.
- You’re available to work weekends for game coverage and ready to crush it in the clinic during the week.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration.
- Experience in sports coverage and acute injury management preferred.
- Strength and conditioning qualifications
