About the role

The Senior Manager, Analytical Services is responsible for leading the analysis, providing strategic direction and evaluating a portfolio of strategic projects and work-based activities, to ensure alignment to the achievement of intended outcomes and TAFE NSW goals. The position is also responsible for supporting the adherence to the organisational frameworks and contributing to the creation of a performance driven culture of customer focused lean operations and continuous improvement.

This is a temporary full-time position until 30th August 2026.

About You

You bring extensive expertise in leading teams and driving business process analysis and improvement initiatives to align with organisational strategic goals and enhance business outcomes. You hold a degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent industry experience, knowledge, and skills. With exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, you collaborate effectively and positively engage in delivering program objectives.

In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, and as required, implementation of business processes and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and elevate organisational performance. You will provide high-level advice, guidance, and support to Senior Executives and Portfolio Leads on process improvements, impacts on ways of working, and implementing effective solutions. A key aspect of this role is supporting project governance by ensuring adherence to quality standards in line with TAFE NSW project management and Ways of Working frameworks.

You thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and bring agility and a growth mindset to navigate challenges and deliver results. Your experience in managing complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders ensures you balance varying expectations and interests within agreed timelines.
