Base Salary $66,212 - $73,085 p.a plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering enquiry management and transactional support to enable the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue for all cohorts across the customer journey.

Through customer focused service delivery, the Customer Service Representative will support a multi-channel approach that maximises the enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students and supports the provision of associated services to other TAFE NSW customers.

Working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm on site at one of our many TAFE NSW campuses.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have prior experience working in a high-volume service sector environment and delivering customer assistance over a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

You will be well-versed in technology, with knowledge of MS Office, email, digital communications, and past experience with a CRM system (CRM).

You'll be able to collaborate effectively and operate as a team member because you have good verbal and writing communication abilities.

In addition, you will have the following:

  • Certificate III in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to nearby learning locations if required.
