The Role
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for building strong relationships? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Partner to join our Residential Aged Care Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
As a Client Relationship Partner, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Baptcare’s residential products and services to new customers within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be to understand their unique needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve and ideally exceed annual sales, occupancy and other targets set in the assigned region/territory
- Build and manage healthy waitlists for all assigned facilities, captured in Salesforce CRM
- Convert leads to the waitlist or to new customers through to the signing of the contract ready for Residential Operations to fulfil
- Ensure each new customer has a positive experience through the process through to admission and satisfaction is maintained by residential operations following admission
- Build the size and quality of referral networks who preferentially recommend Baptcare to prospective clients.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the Services, Sales and Marketing Unit by fostering cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team goals including input into sales strategy, sales target forecasting, market insights, new products and marketing collateral as required
- Assisting the Growth Leader – Residential Services execute special projects to improve Occupancy levels
- Maintain own knowledge of the market and product
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to allow the best outcomes for Baptcare to be achieved
- Operate according to Baptcare’s values, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with organisation and regulatory requirements, including all aspects of occupational health and safety legislation applicable to the role.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:
- An exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, sales and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving with a genuine desire to assist people
- Significant experience working in a similar or Aged Care Sector role
- A proven track record in building and managing client relationships, along with a strong business acumen, is essential.
- Proficiency in MAC process and CRM (salesforce) tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also key requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of fees/charges and legislative requirements relating to admissions/discharges in Aged Care Sector
- Experience in delivering sales and marketing experiences to individuals as well as groups
