The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Local Home Loan Specialist to join our Mount Pleasant branch.
As our Local Home Loan Specialist, you will demonstrate an exceptional level of personalised service to new and existing Members and become expertly skilled across our products and services. You will be confident with managing and processing basic to complex personal and credit card lending as well as basic mortgage lending.
Further duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assist the Local Manager with business development and the management and processing of complex loans.
- Organise loan distribution and ensure that cheques are accurately issued to the appropriate parties
- Assist with training and coaching of staff
- Own the retention program in relation to the mortgage book for our Mount Pleasant members
This is a full-time, based on a 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
- Lending experience and sales skills
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound mathematical skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Sounds understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desired)
