Your opportunity
We’re looking for an eLearning Administrator to join us and support the digitisation of learning for the teams in our Westfield centres. In this newly created role, you’ll coordinate the development and deployment of online training resources, ensuring a smooth and effective user experience.
You’ll work alongside the Capability Program Manager to review and finalise content, set up courses, and test user experience before launch. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to create new training modules and update existing content in Articulate.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the development of key capabilities within the team and play an essential part in improving our learning processes.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Administering new emergency management digital modules via MyLearning (LMS) and Beakon, including course pages, audiences, notifications, and module uploads.
- Regularly reviewing and updating all Westfield Centre eLearning modules to ensure content remains current.
- Developing additional modules in Articulate as required and managing the deployment process.
- Using SharePoint to organise and embed new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other learning/information resources.
- Updating induction checklists and certifications as necessary.
- Providing governance and feedback on new eLearning modules created by external partners or internal stakeholders, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and instructional design principles.
- Monitoring training completion, feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
This role will be offered as a full-time, fixed-term 6-month contract, based at Scentre Group's support office in Sydney CBD.
What sets you apart
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) , such as Totara , including administration, course and program management, audience management, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining eLearning modules (from storyboard to delivery and assessment), using authoring tools like Articulate .
- Familiarity with Safety, Risk, and Compliance Software (e.g., Beakon or similar).
- Ability to adopt the audience’s perspective to ensure effective learning.
- Skill in simplifying technical concepts and distilling critical information, ideally demonstrated through creating training on operational procedures.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
