The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-home care services, ensuring seamless delivery of personalised support to our valued clients. Your leadership skills and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Moreover, the role involves pioneering innovative business solutions aimed at expanding revenue within the service and operations division. The Operations Manager will lead the way in identifying growth opportunities, implementing new strategies, and continually improving Baptcare’s service offerings. Simultaneously, the role will ensure that cost leadership becomes a cornerstone commercial capability within the service and operations business teams, ensuring efficient management of operational costs while upholding the quality of care and services provided.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health, or a related field, with a strong understanding of aged care and community services.
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in a healthcare or community care setting, with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and upholding Baptcare's values of respect, integrity, and compassion.
