IntroductionAs the Executive Assistant & Office Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless diary and administrative orchestration for the General Manager, East Coast Operations. In addition to providing high-level executive support, you will oversee facilities, internal services and office management for the Sydney office, ensuring alignment with MNG’s national Corporate Services processes, systems, and policies.

What you bring to the table
You are a highly motivated & organised individual who can contribute to the team in a positive and proactive manner. You will be responsible for:
- Provide quality executive assistance to the General Manager for East Coast Operations.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Plan and manage internal culture events, social gatherings and company wide activities.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating mail and courier services, and ensuring the upkeep of office facilities.
- Performing ad hod office administration, maintenance and services duties.
Skills And Experiences
What you will need
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong customer service focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Experience with facilities and office management responsibilities and humility to perform basic service tasks (eg. setting out catering, tidying kitchens, stacking dishwashers etc.)
- Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and discretion.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - in particular Excel, Word and Outlook capabilities.
