About the role

SVC Flexi Force is a brand-new staffing pool initiative where you are guaranteed set days/shifts and are allocated to work in the area of the residential aged care home where assistance is most required for that particular shift. Enjoy the variety of working with different residents and colleagues on a regular basis!

Work part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) on a six-month, fixed-term basis (view to extension if the pilot is a success!)

Work at St Vincent’s Care Services Carina, Located just 7 km east of the CBD and set in a homely, community-oriented and friendly home environment
About you
-
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
-
12 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
-
You are someone who is reliable and flexible, with a great attitude
-
You are a pioneer who thrives on variety & change and enjoys working in any area, with all residents!

Good availability to work multiple and varied shifts across the whole week

Able to commit to six (6) months of consistent work in a part-time capacity
-
Be able to provide person - centred care, with good communication & interpersonal skills
