Description:

Code Red part of Chubb Fire & Security, an industry leader and part of the API Fire and Security group of companies, are looking for Credit and Administrator Officer to join our Perth team.

The role is in Jandakot, which is part of the Cockburn council area of Perth. With free parking on site and a short bus ride away from Cockburn Central train station and shopping centre, it is an ideal location to work.

Candidates must be able to:

* Work in a fast paced Monitoring Centre role which requires a calm manner, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

* Have strong communication skills and computer literacy.

* Have a background working in accounts

* Liaise with emergency services representatives, fire service agents, and a diverse range of clients.

* Familiar with Pronto ERP

The role will suit individuals with a strong customer service background, team players who have the ability to work autonomously, resilient and reliable career focused professionals. Individuals who have great self-awareness and a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for individuals that promote the highest levels of ethical standards. You need to be able to hold or obtain a Criminal History Police clearance and attend a Pre-Employment Medical.

This is an award based role (Clerks Private Sector Award 2020)
