In this 12-month Fixed Term Contract, the Sustainability Analyst is a key member of the sustainability team, measuring and reporting on the group objectives to drive the delivery of positive environmental and social impacts.
How you will make an impact
Combining your passions for sustainability and analytics, the Sustainability Analyst supports the delivery of sustainability data management processes by collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate environmental datasets, whilst contributing to the enhancement of Dexus' strategy for collecting and using data to provide informed insights.
Main duties include:
- Oversight of sustainability information data quality, including completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and availability
- Evaluating the outcomes of sustainability programs including conducting measurement and verification to quantify and report on benefits
- Analyse & articulate complex technical information into concise datasets
About You
This is a multi-faceted role, where you will be contributing the broader sustainability strategy and supporting the team to prepare high quality submissions and reporting benchmarks. You will be comfortable to challenge the status quo and suggest new ways of doing things and be inquisitive enough to question the data presented.
We’re looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Finance or similar
- Advanced data management skills, with experience in sustainability very highly regarded
- Exposure to sustainability reporting frameworks
- Passion for positive sustainability outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work without supervision and assume responsibility for the completion of tasks.
