Currently in a season of growth and expansion, this industry leading facility is searching for an Occupational Therapist to establish and set up a service.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be providing high quality occupational therapy services in a hybrid role that is shared between the clinic and on-site visits. Collaborate with other Allied Health professionals and be the head of your own specialty, experiencing the rewards of your vital work firsthand.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Hybrid mobile and in clinic work - largely hybrid
- Run and set up your own service while building your own case load
- Join a collaborative team where everyone is connected and valued
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop individualised care plans and therapeutic interventions
- Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and assistive devices
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to establish achievable goals

ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Full working rights in Australia
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, prefably in aged care or community settings
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
