The Role:
Warehouse Supervisor, reporting to the Site Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth workflow
• Lead and mentor a team, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high performance
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with minimal turnaround time, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor stock availability, backorders, and returns, ensuring accurate stock levels and prompt resolution of discrepancies
• Process orders through Netsuite, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organisation, enforcing OH&S safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts, reporting any variances and implementing corrective actions
• Assist customers with order collections, ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining strong relationships
• Support the Install Team with vehicle accessories, fittings, and installations, including setting up workstations and using power/hand tools

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Mechanically minded with an interest in 4WDs, camping, or the automotive industry (preferred)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• Current driver’s licence
