Assist clients with booking corporate accommodations, flights, transportation, and exclusive experiencesProvide tailored recommendations based on business needs, budgets, and preferencesResearch destinations, travel regulations, and package options to ensure seamless arrangementsManage booking modifications, special requests, and customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalismBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors, hotels, and service providersStay informed on industry trends, exclusive offerings, and corporate travel best practicesParticipate in virtual training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and client service skills
Qualifications And Requirements
Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED equivalentReliable access to a computer or smartphone with an internet connectionStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in internet research, digital booking platforms, and travel coordination toolsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and client interactionsAbility to attend online training sessionsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus but not required
