ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our IT team as the Manager of our Global Service Desk and End User Computing. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing global team serving as the first point of contact for technology issues across our global stores and distribution centres. Using ITIL best practices, you will identify incident trends, manage related problems, and ensure structured change processes across IT. Your role involves driving service improvements using clear metrics and overseeing the end-user technology lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for the team. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL qualifications are advantageous).
- Experience leading and managing technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring service desk trends and proactively addressing issues.
- Mindset supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Familiarity with common platforms: Windows, macOS, Office 365, hardware.
- Clear communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
